However due to our large network on the Asian continent we can also provide equal services to other OEM companies searching for mechanical and electronical parts.

Price inquiries

We usually work with a quotation model giving three suppliers the chance to provide a quotation on the specifications of your desired product. Once we have compared the USP’s like FOB price, lead time, MOQ, delivery reliability, payment terms, international experience, etc. we share all data with you openly in full transparency. If you as a customer have an advantage we can talk about how we will share the benefits in a balanced manner. The suppliers will always be informed about their position in the quotation process and receive fair feedback as to why they have or have not been selected in the completed sourcing leap.

Sampling

If the advantage is obvious, we can continue to the next phase of the purchase process, the Sample phase. With our technical experience we can accompany you all the way through all necessary sample phases until you feel comfortable to release the product for mass production or decide to stop or postpone the project.

Ordering

Once mass production is ramped up, we can help you to smooth out your ordering process with the supplier. We can provide you with a clear overview of all the order stages where your products are currently found. If complications occur, we are always within a few traveling hours frow your supplier to ease up obstacle.

Supplier ranking

We can rank all your suppliers according to a system we can design together fitting your specific requirements. We also have our own supplier ranking system which shows how your suppliers perform within a period of time within a certain category.

Price- and contract negotiations

Sooner or later in every relationship above let’s say USD 1,000k turn over per year you should consider to put some agreements on paper to ensure your business goals. We can help you to settle your agreements with the supplier upon your choice in a light, middle or heavy version. Knowing that most purchasers in companies don’t like this aspect of contracting, we would love to help you out on this stage. We are very aware that a good relationship makes every contract unnecessary but we all know that not every relationship is on that level yet.
Negotiations done by us, whether matter price or contract related, fulfill our highest business principle. “Always Eye Level, there are no losers”.

Contracting

We help you beyond the contract signing process. Once a contract is settled, we help both you and also the supplier to remember the terms. We can help you prevent breaches before they occur, and we can inform you if contracts are simply close to expiring and need to be refreshed.
