Unfortunately, not all Asian suppliers are on a high level of quality yet, such that parts can begin their journey overseas in good trust without any control. We offer all necessary control services to our customers, meaning the execution of product audits, and upon request we also offer system audits. With more than 30 years of experience in Quality Management we have all tools on the shelf waiting to be used in the field smartly.

Every audit will be documented for you and the report will meet your requirements. If you have complaints about the services and products offered by the suppliers, we also will be able to handle the complaints management and if necessary the RMA (return merchandise authorization) process for you.
